Cochrane, Alberta is a growing city with several new communities being developed to accommodate the increasing demand for housing. Here are some of the new communities in Cochrane:

  1. Rivercrest: This community is located in the southwest part of Cochrane and offers stunning views of the Bow River and the Rocky Mountains. It features a mix of single-family homes and townhomes.
