The neighborhood was established in 2014 and has a population of approximately 5,000 residents. Nolan Hill is known for its spacious homes, parks, and natural beauty. The neighborhood is home to several parks and green spaces, including Nolan Hill Park, which offers residents a variety of recreational opportunities, such as sports fields, picnic areas, and playgrounds.
